3. Finish work like door handle, and mirror installation.

4. Interior floor, door & window trim installation.

Putting in sweat equity on these items alone could save you upwards of $50K*

You may also choose to purchase finishes from anywhere in order to save more money. At Costco and see faucets on sale? Buy them! See light fixtures online you love? Purchase them and the sub-contractors will install them.*

We'll give you a budget to follow so that you can go shopping. If you go over budget, that's your responsibility. Simply purchase the items and once they're installed, you'll receive reimbursement from your construction loan.

No. This program comes with a 10 year warranty provided by us, which means that the sub-contractors we use must follow our stringent standards.

YES! This is a full service, general contractor program. We ensure your custom home is built according to plan. All you need to do is choose your finishes, pay invoices and watch your home come to life.
