BUILD COST +

Our money saving custom home builder program is Cost +. What that means is that you simply pay the cost of materials and labor plus our flat fee of $35K for homes under 2,000 square feet, $45K for homes between 2,001 - 3,500 square feet and cost + 10% on homes over 3,500 square feet.

Fee Structure

Our budget coordinator will tell you when it's time to pay the invoices for materials, labor & our fee each month. Below is the breakdown of our management fee payments:

Start Card Deposit

Paid before an onsite manager visits your build location.

1st Fee $10K

Paid before permit paperwork is filled out and blueprints customized.

2nd Fee $10,500.

Paid once the foundation is installed and before framing.

3rd Fee $10,500.

Paid once the framing inspection passes and we start working on the interior of your custom home.

Paid when your final inspection passes, or you occupy the home.

Our custom home management program is available in Cowlitz County, Lewis County, parts of Wahkiakum County and Clark County.
