1. Initial Deposit

$1,000.00 Start Card Deposit

This payment reserves your spot on our schedule and an Onsite Manager will analyze your property with site plan recommendations.

  • 2nd Payment $8,000.00

We then fill out your permit paperwork for the county.  You pay the county fees and we start scheduling material deliveries and the contractors who will work on your build.  You'll be able to see the entire build schedule and projected move-in date in the app.

  • 3rd Payment $8,000.00

This payment is due once you receive the framing inspection approval.  The next phase of the build commences and we help you find deals and pick out finishes like flooring, appliances, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, door knobs, mirrors, etc. 

4. Final Payment $8,000.00

This is due when you receive your OCCUPANCY PERMIT.

Foundation to occupancy permit should take us around 6 months.*
