Construction manager to ensure that your home is built to code.

This manager visits the jobsite to check walls, window and door openings, material deliveries, and simply to make sure the build is being done according to plan. He is your point of contact for any issues that may arise and works as the liason between you and the contractors and/or suppliers.
We guarantee that your home will pass all inspections and that it is built according to your blueprints.

Disclosure: Sometimes an inspection will not pass. However, we will ensure the trades fix any issues and call for the inspection again.
Preliminary meeting on property to get to know your project.

He will request from you the name and contact information of the contractors you're using so he can touch base with them.

When problems arise, like a window or door is framed wrong, mechanical isn't hooked up, insulation is missing, etc.... he will let you know so that you can coordinate with the contractor to go fix it.
