OVERSIGHT
Not sure where to get blueprints or whether the floor plan you love will fit on your lot? We will take a look and let you know. We have an in-house designer who is excellent at designing floorplans according to your needs.

ACQUIRING CONTRACTOR BIDS & PROJECT BUDGETING
Let's discuss your budget and we'll help you choose or design you a floorplan that will fit within your budget.

PERMITS & UTILITY MANAGEMENT
Property location, blueprints and land use restrictions require different permits and order of utilities installed. We'll manage it all for you.

PROJECT SCHEDULING
The last thing you want when starting a new construction project is to have it drag out. Our team ensures that your project is kept on task so that you can move in or, if you're an investor, put it on the market for sale when expected.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We love helping clients choose cabinets, colors, lighting, flooring, etc. We work with multiple suppliers for cabinets, flooring, lighting, etc. and will help you choose the finishes that will make your house a home.

Our custom home management program is available in Cowlitz County, Lewis County, parts of Wahkiakum County and Clark County. Our blueprint service is a separate cost and not included in our build management fee.
