This program is for qualified clients who own their land and will use it as collateral to build a custom home with us. Talk with the lender, pay our non-refundable management fee deposit and get started.
(Rules, restrictions & requirements apply. Our non-refundable fee does not include any fees you pay for lending, engineers, permits, etc. You may request reimbursement from the lender for any out of pocket expenses, including our non-refundable management fee, if you wish, once your loan closes.)
We Help you Choose a Floor Plan & Finishes that Fit Your Budget
Choose a floor plan or bring your own custom blueprints for a cost to build budget and design meeting. We will put together a build budget worksheet for the lender.
(Architectural designs and any 3rd party engineering are additional costs you'll pay and not included in our management fee. However, they are reimbursable at loan closing.)


We Start the Permit Process
As a part of our fee, we fill out and submit the paperwork required for you to get a building permit.
(All permit fees are paid by you directly to the city or county in which you are building. Keep track because you can get reimbursed for these in your construction loan at closing.)
We Schedule Land Prep, Utility Setup & The Build
All bids we receive from contractors are discussed with and signed by you. That puts you in contract with them and you pay them directly out of your construction loan. Yes, you may put in sweat equity to save money on any part of your build that you're qualified to do.
