Realtor Program
We value our relationship with real estate brokers and offer 3% commission on the cost to build.* Our program is a great way to help you stand out from competitors because working with us will more than likely save your clients money. We are a Cost + Flat Fee custom home builder, not Cost + 20-30% like most other builders.
In order for a buyers Realtor to be eligible for commission, Realtors must register clients prior to their first visit with us and a buyer brokerage agreement signed.
We will list the agreed upon commission on the budget sheet as a payable line item. Commission will be paid once the foundation is poured.
* Commission is paid off the base cost to build from foundation to finished. Does not include dirt work, utility hookups, engineered blueprints, well, septic, permits, taxes.
