1. Sign our contract
Please read over the contract and sign that you agree with the terms.

2. Pay $1K deposit
Once you pay the deposit we hold your place on our schedule.

3. Schedule Meetings
Schedule an on-site meeting and a design/budget meeting.
We're honored that you're trusting us to manage your new home build. Once you become a client, we'll enter your job details and email you with an exclusive link to download an app to your phone or tablet. It's also accessible from a PC. This is how we communicate details about your project. Of course, you may also stop in or call us with any questions.
The contractors approved for the job will also receive access to the app and will upload photos of their work as they perform. We will upload your build schedule, budget, contracts, contractor payment due dates and more as your job progresses.
Once you receive your login information, please upload photos of kitchen designs you like, bathroom vanity ideas, lights, and accessories to the app so that when we get together to discuss your home's complete design, we will all be on the same page ensuring that your home is customized exactly how you want it.
