Sign Up Steps

Sign contracts

Please read over the contract and sign that you agree with the terms.

Pay $1K deposit

Once you pay the refundable deposit we hold your place on our schedule.

Schedule Meetings

There is a property assessment meeting and a design meeting to schedule in order to keep your build moving forward.

Your second management payment of $8,000.00 will be due after we fill out but before we submit your permit paperwork to the county, your third installment of $8,000.00 will be due once you receive your framing inspection approval and your final payment of $8,000.00 will be due when you receive your final inspection approval.  Once that is paid, you will receive your occupancy permit.

If you opt for the Onsite Manager add-on, the $5K will be due before any physical work, like dirt work or utility installation, is done.

We're honored that you're trusting us to manage your new home build.  Please follow along with the progress by downloading the app called BuilderTrend.  We'll enter your job details and email you with an exclusive link to download the app.   

The contractors that you approve for the job will also receive access and will upload photos of their work as they perform.  We will also be uploading your build timeline, budget, contracts, contractor payment due dates and more as your job progresses.

Once you receive your login information, please upload photos of kitchen designs you like, bathroom vanity ideas, lights, and accessories to the app so that when we get together to discuss your home's complete design, we will all be on the same page ensuring that your home is customized exactly how you want it.
