1. Our role

CMGWA is not the architect or designer of the home plans shown on this website. We help homeowners explore plan options and provide administrative and project-organization support for owner-directed builds. CMGWA does not act as your general contractor, provide architectural or engineering services, supervise construction, or approve construction work.

Browsing this website or contacting us does not create a design, construction, or administrative-services agreement. Any paid service requires a separate agreement describing its scope and price.

2. Home plan ownership & copyright

The featured collection includes plans and images supplied through Architectural Designs. House plans, drawings, renderings, and related design materials remain the copyrighted property of their respective architects, designers, photographers, or other rights holders. Other supplied content belongs to Architectural Designs or its applicable rights holder. Displaying a plan on CMGWA’s website does not make CMGWA its designer or copyright owner.

Plan images and floor plans on this site are previews for browsing. They are not a complete construction plan set. Viewing, saving a favorite, or contacting CMGWA does not give you permission to build, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or reuse a design.

Before using a design for construction or making changes, obtain the appropriate plan package, license, and any required written permission from the plan’s authorized provider or rights holder. The actual license controls permitted uses, copies, modifications, and the number of homes you may build. Buying a plan does not transfer its copyright.

Existing copyright notices, credits, and watermarks on supplied images or drawings remain part of those materials.

3. Plan information & your property

Sizes, room counts, images, features, and specifications help you compare plans. Some figures or features include optional rooms, expansions, or alternate layouts. Confirm the current plan package and specifications before purchasing or making project decisions.

A catalog plan is not automatically approved for your property. Your location, lot conditions, local requirements, and chosen changes may require additional design work, engineering, or other documents. The homeowner and appropriate licensed professionals are responsible for verifying suitability and obtaining required approvals before construction.

4. Full custom designs & designer referrals

For a fully custom home design, CMGWA works with an independent designer we can recommend. The designer’s stated rate is $1.50 per square foot for a complete plan set ready to build in Washington State. This is the designer’s design fee, separate from CMGWA’s administrative-services fee.

The designer confirms the billable square footage, final price, payment terms, included drawings, revisions, and any site-specific requirements directly with you in writing. The designer creates the design and is responsible for the agreed design services. CMGWA’s recommendation does not make CMGWA the designer or a party to your design agreement.

“Ready to build in Washington State” describes the intended plan-set deliverable. It does not mean every property is already approved for construction or that a permit is guaranteed. Confirm any required site-specific documents, professional reviews, and local permit approval before building.

5. Homeowner decisions & other services

You select and contract with your designer, engineer, contractors, and suppliers. You remain responsible for your property, project decisions, permits, contractor agreements, purchases, and required licensed professionals. CMGWA may organize information and records within the scope of a separate services agreement.

Design fees, plan prices, construction costs, and schedules may change. Confirm written quotes and agreements before paying or committing to a project. Any savings or timelines discussed on this website depend on the individual project and are not guaranteed.

6. Website use

Use this site to explore plans and learn about our services. Do not copy or republish protected plan content, attempt to interfere with the website, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Third-party materials and services remain subject to their applicable terms and licenses.
