* Your savings depend on home size, land topography, finishes, current market costs and cost to builds are from foundation to finished.  Our clients save, on average, $100K, compared to going with a general contractor who charges 20-30% markups for custom home build management.  Preliminary Cost to Build quotes do not include land, utility hookups, septic, well, land clearing, permits, stormwater, septic designs or our management fee.  Other variables may apply.  Our custom home management program is available in Cowlitz, Lewis, parts of Wahkiakum, and Clark County.  All management fees are non-refundable. â€‹
