We're the "stress relievers" and bottom line managers for those building a custom home in Washington State.

OUR MANAGEMENT FEE

* The amount of savings that you can save on your custom home build is being compared to as if you hired a general contractor who charges Cost + 20-30%, on average, to manage your build. This program is an owner/build one. You're the boss, we're your manager. Our management fee is a flat fee. So you pay Cost + our flat fee and that's it. You will also save money by putting in sweat equity, if you wish to do so. The amount of savings depends on the size of your home and current material and labor costs. Our owner/builder management program is available in Cowlitz County, Lewis County, parts of Wahkiakum County and parts of Clark County.
